This is aimed at providing our clients with healthy based food by either providing it direct or showing them how they can make it themselves.

Frozen Meals:-
made with fresh, real ingredients. These meals are low in saturated fats and sugar without being bland or leaving you hungry.
We have an extensive menu, which includes vegetarian options. We are also able to prepare meals that are specifically requested, or with specific dietary requirements. Each meal is enough for two medium serves, all that is required is to heat and make a salad or rice.

Made from fresh, seasonal fruits including:

Cooking lessons
We run children’s cooking classes during the school holidays. Kids get to make their own lunch. It’s a hands on class, where they learn about various cooking techniques and different foods. We always make healthy alternatives to traditional junk foods, such as hamburgers, chocolate brownies, pizza, as well as a not so healthy ‘sometimes food’.
We also run adult classes in which we provide recipes and techniques to make healthy, low fat meals that are so delicious you would be able to serve for the whole family. Each class we make 3 dishes and a dessert. You then get enjoy the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine.
