So what kind of trainer bakes cakes and delivers them to his clients? Simply, the kind that loves to see the people he works with lose weight, tone up, look and feel fantastic and have all the energy they need to thrive in today’s crazy world.
“I warn you, being fit can lead to a healthier and happier life-style…
I was never an athlete, in fact I still am not naturally athletic.
I love sport, and at a young age discovered I could play hockey. I even ended up playing hockey at State League 1 level for 12 years.
I figured, if I can do that, why not have a go at a few triathalons.
All of this made me want to find out more about how my body worked, how I can make it work better for me, and basically, find out how this boy who is far from an athlete had gotten so far. I decided to do a course in Personal training and then registered through the Victorian Council of fitness and General Health (VICFIT).
A good friend of mine asked me to train him, he introduced me to a friend of his, who introduced me to another friend, that is how Fit 4 All was born!
That was over a decade ago now.
What began as an interest in achieving the maximum potential from my own body, has grown into a business that allows me to make a massive positive impact on so many others. My youngest client is 4 and my oldest is 75, which goes to show, that anyone can do it.
I am passionate about kids and their well being. I have two of my own and I want them to grow up with the knowledge that the way to a healthy lifestyle is through making healthy choices and finding something you are passionate doing. One of my greatest rewards has been working with kids who have challenges like ADD and Aspergers and helping them to pick up a love of fitness and sport and start to take pride in themselves.
If you know that you want to improve your health and fitness but just don’t know how to start, come and see me for a free personal evaluation. It may be the smartest decision you make for yourself – EVER!
